Return Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. Please inspect items and ensure correct items and sizes are sent. We will not accept returns/exchanges past the 14 days. We do charge a 10% restock/cancellation fee & do not refund shipping.

We hope you love your purchase but we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out!  Here’s what you need to know if that’s your case. 

All items must be shipped to Pink Pelican Returns Department and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process. Ship the item back to our address:

     ALL ONLINE ORDERS AND STORE ORDERS THAT REQUIRE SHIPPING WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IN THE FORM OF ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF DELIVERY.

    Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. 

    Your store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the order that was provided at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox please check your spam folder. 

    To be eligible for a credit, exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. *This also includes if the wrong item/size is sent but then it is worn or washed we can NOT accept the exchange for the correct item/size to be sent*

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sale items are not eligible for return for credit or exchanges. Sale items (reduced price items are final sale). Customized items are not accepted for credit or returns.

    Please note once an item is shipped we can not control the mail. We suggest choosing a shipping method appropriately if needed within a certain timeframe.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    Store credits are eligible on non final sale items when postmarked within 14 days of being delivered. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free. 

    Your store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the order that was provided at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox please check your spam folder. 

    Pickup Orders:

    • When you receive your order confirmation don't go to the warehouse just yet! 
    • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

    Shipping:

    • Please note we are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process. 
    • All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
    • All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date.
    • 4-8 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time.
    • 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. 
    • We are closed Saturdays & Sundays. We start processing weekend orders on Monday in the order that they were received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

    Refunds:

    • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing your store credit from our warehouse
    • Once processed your store credit will be sent to the email associated with the order that was provided at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox we recommend checking your spam folder.  
    • We do not notify customers when we receive the return package to our warehouse. We recommend keeping your return tracking so you can track when it has arrived at our warehouse. 
    • If you haven’t received a store credit in a timely manner you can email us at help@shoppinkpelican.com. Please include your order number and first and last name in the email.

     

    Exchanges:

    • Due to the limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like. 

    Damaged/Defective Items:

    Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this is for you!

    • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
    • All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.
    • Please contact us immediately at help@shoppinkpelican.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.

    Canceled Orders
    Once the order is placed, it can be canceled for a credit if it has not shipped. But no refunds! Please shop wisely. I am happy to help you change out or exchange if something is not going to make it in time. But refunds cost me money as I do not receive the fees back.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and she/be will find out about your return.
